ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW PHONE, It’s perfect looks brand new except for a few tiny light scratches which you can only see if you look at the phone directly at a certain angle (other people aren’t looking that hard to notice ) If you are looking to buy take the risk im glad i did. Phone arrived on time and in good shape. There was some micro scratches, but nothing major. Phone battery isn’t 100% , but seems to be working pretty decent .

Bought this phone because I could find a brand new one anywhere. It came on time and was exactly what I ordered, and the battery was at 98% health. However, when I set up the phone I found that Siri couldn’t hear my voice, voice memos couldn’t record my voice, and audio messages didn’t work. As well as some scratches and wear on the steel band. For the price of these “refurbished” phones might as well just buy one brand new, it’s not worth risking spending all that money just to gamble that the phone works…
